Terms and conditions for Mob Kitchen

Rules:

1. Agreement: By signing up using the code MOBNY you agree that you have read and understood the terms of this competition.

2. Prize: Return Flights for 2 to New York, USA (from the UK) and £1,000 to spend given as Curve Rewards points.

3. You have to be eligible to travel to the US within the dates offered by Curve. If you are unable to travel within the recommended dates, you immediately forfeit the prize. You and your travel partner must be over the age of 18 and able to travel with the appropriate travel documents as may be needed. Curve is not liable for you procuring such documents. The travel dates will be at Curve’s discretion.

4. Winners must be in possession of a valid passport and visa, and, where necessary, must have the necessary vaccinations and inoculations together with documentation proving this. They must arrange comprehensive medical insurance cover for themselves for the duration of the travel.

5. Details of the prize are as described, they do not include any additional benefits (e.g. Transfers, insurance, visa, health documents)

6. The winners will be responsible for their own travel to and from the chosen airport, accommodation, transfers and other costs associated with the trip. Curve assumes no liability for any taxes, costs associated with this travel.

7. Two return economy fare flight tickets, from London to New York not exceeding a total cost of £400 per ticket. Reservation changes will not be paid for by Curve.

8. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers, and once booked travel is non-refundable and cannot be changed or transferred to any other passenger.

9. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer by Curve.

10. In case you would not like to use your flights for travel, you forfeit the entire prize.

11. To enter the competition, you need to have successfully activated your Curve account. You have successfully activated your Curve account once you have received, activated and used your Curve card for your first transaction.

12. You can not enter the competition multiple times by creating multiple accounts. Any user who enters the competition with more than one account will be immediately disqualified.

13. Current users are not eligible for this competition. If you are a current user and cancel your account to create an account for entering this competition, you will be disqualified.

14. If your successful account creation or activation for the purpose of this competition is delayed for any reason including being unable to verify your account and delivery of the card, Curve will not bear any liability. Curve accepts no liability for incomplete account creations or activations including declines.

15. The code for the competition must be entered by the user when setting up the account and users who request the code to be retrospectively added, are not eligible for the competition.

16. Curve retains the right to disqualify you from the competition if you do not meet the eligibility criteria for setting up a Curve account including for not passing any verification requirements that Curve may have.

17. Date and time: All accounts must be created using the promo code ‘MOBNY’ between 9:30 (GMT) on the 1st of March, 2019 to 11:59 PM (GMT) on the 6th of March, 2019. Only users that have successfully created and activated their Curve card as per the terms of this competition are eligible to win.

18. Announcement of winner: There will be only one winner. The winner of the competition will be announced on 13th of March, 2019. You must accept the prize, 48 hours after being contacted.

19. All valid entries will be entered into the prize draw and one winner will be chosen at random.

20. All decision are at Curve’s discretion and will be final. The winners chosen at random are final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning it.

21. Curve and MobKitchen will announce the winner’s on their social media channels. Curve reserves the right to request a short review of experience, flight prizes and use of the Curve Rewards, with pictures, which may be featured on Curve’s blog or social media.

22. No employees of Curve or their partners including Mob Kitchen are allowed to enter into this competition.

23. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Curve and which prevents Curve from complying with or fulfilling any element of these Terms and Conditions, Curve will not be liable or responsible in respect of such Force Majeure Event. In case of any flight delays or cancellations or any unforeseen events preventing your travel, Curve will not be responsible.

24. This competition will be governed by English law and the English courts have jurisdiction to hear any disputes in relation to it.

25. Curve retains the right to amend the terms of this competition without any prior notice.

26. Curve retains the right to withdraw the prize at a date even after the announcement of the winner.

27. The £1,000 will be awarded to you in Curve Rewards points and all spending will be subject to your Curve card limits. Limits will not be changed for you to be able to spend the Curve Rewards allocated during this competition unless you are eligible. Please note that it is not possible to withdraw Curve Rewards as cash.
